Glossary
The purpose of this page is to provide an explaination of the key components within the XnY ecosystem, detailing the roles, tools, and layers that facilitate decentralized data management.
This information aims to aid understanding for individuals interested in contributing, utilizing, or developing on the XnY Network, ensuring a comprehensive grasp of its operational framework and collaborative opportunities.
Data Creators
Individuals who submit data to XnY ecosystem. Include Data suppliers who submit the Data Validators who validate the data quality with human intelligence.
Data Demander
Decentralized organizations with clearly defined data requirements such as data schemas, as well as ownership, incentive, and profit-sharing models for the data.
XnY Ecosystem
The ecosystem projects of the XnY Network that bring together projects with decentralized data collection needs. For example, Codatta is a partner project with rich labeling and data contributor experience.
XnY OpenSDK
The SDK that integrates the XnY Network and its ecosystem projects.
Data Assetification Layer
XnY's conceptual layer, which responsible for the assetification of data collected by ecosystem projects.
Data Liquidity Layer
XnY's conceptual layer, which responsible for providing the collected data to ecosystem projects for use, and future financial attributes.
Data Assetification Contracts
The on-chain contracts that correspond to the Data Assetification process.
Incentive Suite
Includes incentive contracts and Data Validator Nodes.
Data Validator Node
An off-chain node where ecosystem projects can customize data quality verification and incentive rules.
Data Privacy Computing Enviroment
Includes a privacy-preserving computing environment to ensure the control of data ownership and privacy during data consumption. Google Confidential VMs eg.
Decentralized Stroage
Used for storing encrypted submitted data. IPFS, Greenfield eg.
